Based in India, Rishabh is a PMO and governance specialist with over 13 years of experience delivering structured development advisory across the energy and infrastructure sectors. He has led strategic M&A projects in Central Asia (Uzbekistan) and directed feasibility, transaction advisory, and contract management for combined-cycle gas power (CCGT) projects in Saudi Arabia and Southeast Asia—including supporting Holding and Project companies during force majeure events for managing contracts with offtakers and EPC/OEMs. His expertise spans corporate strategy, infrastructure advisory to central and state governments, and the management of complex national and state-level development portfolios. With deep knowledge of long-term service agreements (LTSA) for CCGT assets, he has contributed to major CCGT developments throughout KSA.
